Kennel Technicians
Kennel manager Amanda Gonzalez is an Austin native and joined the Anderson Mill team in 2005. She is proud to work with the caring team members and veterinarians at the hospital. Her animal companions include three dogs, Emma, Riley and Doobie McGee.
Kennel technician Alex Hambrook joined the Anderson Mill staff in July 2008. He has worked in the animal care field since 2006 and loves working with pets and learning more about veterinary medicine. He shares his home with two Border Collies, Hannah and Casey. When he's not at work, Alex enjoys swimming, golfing, going to concerts and spending time with friends.
Rachel Vest joined the Anderson Mill team as a kennel technician in March 2009. She loves meeting all the pets that come into the hospital and enjoys working with the dedicated veterinarians and staff. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking, swimming, pilates and hanging out with her Chihuahua, Miles.
Kennel technician Brittany Dempsey joined the Anderson Mill team in April 2010. An employee in the pet care industry since 2006, she truly loves helping animals and enjoys learning new things on the job.
Brittany is certified by the Pet Care Service Association and shares her home with Kaylee, a Border Collie / Retriever mix, and her tabby cat Missy. When she is not working, she likes to take Kaylee for long walks and also enjoys swimming and spending time with friends.
